Welcome to GDConnects. By accessing or using our WhatsApp-verified services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. Definitions GDConnects: Refers to the service provider offering WhatsApp Business API services and related communication tools. User/Client/You: The individual or business entity using GDConnects' services. Services: All services offered by GDConnects including, but not limited to, WhatsApp Business API integration, messaging, chatbot setup, and customer communication tools. WhatsApp Verified: A badge and verification provided by Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) confirming business authenticity. 2. Eligibility You must be: At least 18 years old. A registered business with a valid Business Manager account on Meta. In compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy . 3. Services Offered GDConnects provides: WhatsApp Business API access and onboarding. Green Tick Verification support. Custom chatbot and automation setup. Message template creation and submission. Real-time analytics and support dashboard. 4. User Responsibilities You agree to: Use the service only for lawful and approved business purposes. Not use WhatsApp for spam, fraud, or misleading promotions. Keep your business information accurate and updated. Obtain appropriate customer consent before messaging. 5. Data Privacy and Security All data shared is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. You retain ownership of your customer data. We implement reasonable security practices to protect your data. 6. Payments and Fees Pricing will be as per your selected plan and WhatsApp conversation-based charges. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services. 7. Third-Party Services GDConnects uses Meta’s WhatsApp Business API and may integrate with other third-party tools. We are not responsible for any changes or restrictions imposed by these third parties. 8. Green Tick (Verification) GDConnects supports you in applying for Green Tick verification. Approval is solely at Meta’s discretion; we do not guarantee approval. 9. Limitation of Liability GDConnects is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or misuse of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the last 3 months. 10. Termination Either party may terminate services with 15 days' written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or illegal activity. 11. Modifications We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the changes.
